In our Dolores community you'll find that the home is the perfect hangout spot with media and work lounges and a completely remodeled backyard with a bbq area. Want a quieter place to relax and recharge? Take a visit to the library on the third floor and get lost in a new book.

Monthly rent covers:

- Your private room furnished a queen or full-sized bed, closet or wardrobe, nightstand, lamp, and rug 

- Well-equipped communal kitchens and dining areas

- Weekly housekeeping of all communal areas (including cleaning and stocking all shared bathrooms!)

- All utilities, including high-speed internet!

- Washer and dryer

- Sponsored community events

The community is located next to everything you need. It's a commuter's dream being just blocks from both the 16th St BART and Church St Muni stations. Hungry? Not only are there some of the best restaurants SF has to offer, but grocery stores both large and small in case you're looking for a night in.
