The Residences at Carronade

Beautiful grounds but the buildings are starting to show wear. The 3 bedroom apartments are spacious.

Hey. My name’s Isaiah Holman, as to last resorts this was a stretch depending on whether or not this was the right email or that you’d even ever see this. I’m sorry to say but I’m currently being evicted by one of your properties. I’m a father of two, a four year old and a one year old. She just turned 1 on the 19th the day they scheduled the first court date for this time. We had signed a year and a half lease and at the beginning I felt like it was doing alright I’ve done nothing but try to be a pillar in the community and tried my best to do my part in bettering the world. Everything was on time and was paid directly online, one month I was late and one month was all it took, after that they set it to where I could only pay with a cashiers check when I’ve made bigger payments online but that’s not the problem the problem is my bank is an hour walk and I have only limited days to get it before I’m taken to court. I work a lot and most of my days are sleep 6 hours work 12 then spend what time I have with my family and I was working 5-6 days out of the week to just afford the roof over our head let alone the other bills and by the time I had the money for the first month and the late fees I was hit with next months so most of the time I was taken to court but I never failed to make a payment I always gave you guys your money and more. After we were good everything went back to normal except for the next payment was back to cashiers check so we were going back in circles and I felt like I didn’t have any choice but to accept whatever they say and tell me to do like I didn’t have a voice. Then I brought up concerns because my shower head was leaking and that an old tenant who harrassed us and banged on my door at 3am to run away when I genuinely wanted to know what was wrong, she told us the office was telling her that it’ll be alright I’ll be out soon enough or “I can’t wait till you guys are evicted” i told the office I was trying to ask to keep the information private. And I tried to bring up the Stachybotrys chartarum being caused by the leak because every description and picture leads to that exact specific type of mold to their lawyer and he immediately said hearsay, go head and bring that up the judge will call it hearsay but It’s literally in my bathroom. Those were just the concerns and those were after we made an verbal agreement to sign a month to month lease and go on from there and if I was late one payment then I’ll leave but they had to make sure I could pay online because when I tried to put the money in an atm to get it in the account and it stole $800 dollars which was another reason they took me to court but I had to wait a week for them to put the money back in my account so I could just go to the bank and print out the cashier's check there but I payed that but after the agreement I got hit with next months fresh and it had to be paid with a cashiers check. That was the breaking point, it felt intentional like they don’t want me here, I didn’t understand what I did wrong. I told them months ago my plan, that I wanted to be here for 5 years and then buy a house out here because I’ve become to fall in love with the safety of Perrysburg and the comfort it brings my family. I love the July 4th shows they seem to be more epic every year. I love the people and the community an how most bring character to this small town. I guess what I’m asking is if there’s any chance you could help me in going back to the original verbal agreement of month to month or dropping the case I have no issue in leaving and will willfully leave I’ll do anything to prevent an eviction on my record otherwise I won’t be able to get another home but If your reading this and made it this far I thank you for reading my words and taking your time out of the day to hear me out. I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Residences at Carronade. The community is well-maintained, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere that truly makes it feel like home. The property is peaceful, and the overall environment is comfortable and enjoyable. One thing that really stands out is the excellent management. Kimberly has been professional, friendly, and helpful, and she genuinely seems to care about the residents and the community. It’s always reassuring to know that management is attentive and willing to assist whenever needed. Maintenance and concerns are handled in a timely manner, which makes a big difference. I’m very happy living here and would highly recommend Residences at Carronade to anyone looking for a great place to live with a caring management team and a positive community atmosphere.
