Always so prompt when I have an issue and extra care is taken to ensure my dog is not upset and my rugs don’t get ruined by work boots.

Renee, Curt and John are absolutely amazing as property manager and maintenance service men. I immediately fell in love with the apartment setting, around the water and grassland on my first visit in November 2024. An apartment was going to be available but it had to be updated and renovated. I was very stressed when I came to look at an apartment. Renee took the time to help me get all the information I needed to complete the application process. I had to move in by December 15, 2024 Curt and John worked tirelessly to make sure my apartment was ready and it was. I was an accident waiting to happen when I first moved in. The toilet stopped up and Curt came right over. I broke my key in the lock at night. John was on call and came over not only did he replace the lock but made the extra key that night. Each time I would apologize Curt and John reassured me I was no problem and they were glad they could help. They always cover their shoes before entering. I am so thankful for this dynamic trio. Renee is never too busy to talk when I call the office. Anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to live with the best people in charge please look no further, Sylvan Lakes is where you want to live. If my 1st review didn’t convince you call Sylvan Lakes home, I know this update will having you calling in the morning. I received a call from Renee the best Manager of this property and truly cares about the residents. We always exchange pleasantries and then she asked if I was having any problems with my toilet tank continuously running after flushing. She explained after reviewing the water bills of the development, she noticed an increase in mine and suggested that would cause an increase. I had noticed but most of the time shaking the handle would solve the problem. I was actually taken aback, I have lived in apartments most of my life and never had a manager take the time out to call me in an effort to lower my bill. As soon as I acknowledged the problem she would send John over to check and make any necessary repairs. I’m not under any pressure or paid for sharing with the public what a great place this is to live.😂 Last thing I met a lady the other day, people are very friendly here, she told me she was moving back in. She explained that had moved in with her daughter’s family after her grandchildren had moved out but seem to be coming back home. She looked at several places and finally her daughter said ma just go back to Sylvan Lakes and at that moment she called and got on the waiting list. I urge anyone looking for a place to call home give Sylvan Lakes a call. Another great job from Renae, John and Kurt✅ Renae immediately place my worked and within one and a half hours they were ready to make repairs. Kurt methodically went through everything that could have caused leak under my sink! Neither Kurt on John will leave a project until it is fixed! He ended up replacing the faucet. John made all necessary repairs in bathroom and then assisted Kurt! They always come in with covers on there boots. Renae telephone the next day to have me check that leak was gone per the request by John and Kurt! They are the best Please think no more and move to Sylvan Lakes you’ll never want to move again !

Moved here with my son from Redwood over a year ago and my life has been 1000 times better. I haven’t had a single issue. Renee in the office is like a mother figure to all her lessees, and the guys that make the whole place run and function behind the scenes are like father figures in a way. This place is beautiful. The people alone here make it worth living here, not to mention one of the best priced places to live right in Sylvania. You really can’t beat it! Love it here!
