This apartment is not a safe place. My boyfriend lives here and the doors to the building is off the hinges, there is dog feces on the balconies, people leave their trash bags full of trash in the hallway and the building smells. I would NEVER live here and I DO NOT recommend anyone to live here. This place is ghetto.

I love my unit and property management goes above and beyond which is a plus! Jacquelyn and Holly are both great managers I would recommend them any day any time!

I've lived here for almost 3 years now and honestly, every year just seems to go more and more downhill. The maintenance used to be so great things will get done fast and the quality of the fix was great. Shout out to Chuck and Elijah for that. Can't blame Chuck for retiring he deserved it. It sucks that Elijah is no longer allowed to work at our apartments complex because of his supervisor because he seems to be the only one to get things done and done right. The last two maintenance request I've put in either nothing gets done or the thing that does get done causes another issue which should've been caught before the ticket was even closed. i've had to put in two or three maintenance orders for my oven for it not keeping temp in different stuff like that and I keep getting told it's fine. There's nothing wrong with it but yet I'm still having issues with it. It either runs too hot. doesn't run hot enough. Can't really blame it the appliance is over 28 years old. Appliance like that are only supposed to last about 10 to 12 years. No wonder it's acting up but I still can't get it fixed.I've also been calling out the same laundry room leak in the ceiling for three months now. I've called about it and I've emailed about it. I've been told it's gonna get fixed and yet there's still mold still a hole in the ceiling and it's still actively leaking onto the floor. on top of that the office staff that I've dealt with a lot of them are rude and dismissive.

Office staff is always helpful and friendly, and maintenance is quick to respond to work orders. Neighbors are friendly and noise is minimal.
