Do Not Move here I Repeat do not I am a Single mother of 2 and my biggest mistake was going by the pics on the website! When you go there you will see the grass is not Kept up at all it looks raggedy. And then the apartment I was supposed to move into was nice besides the basement smelled of dogs and there 20 DEAD BUGS on the floor !! I told them I changed my mind and don’t want to move in and they tried to still charge me 2 months of rent ! In the end he still charged me one months rent for a 3 bedroom and I never moved in !!! That’s ok cus GOD don’t like ugliness they will reap what they sew !! It was no need to take my money they could’ve easily given it to someone I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!!

My time at Greenwycke was mostly fine. However, my problems started after moving out. I moved out in Fall of 2025, and I never got a move-out statement. Recently in spring of 2026, I got a credit report with a surprising drop in score, and upon investigation I had an outstanding balance with Greenwycke. I never received a statement for move out! Supposedly, it was sent in the mail per the office, but things get lost in the mail all the time. I never even got a phone call or email as a courtesy about the balance. Obviously if I had known I would have paid it. I reached out to the office and management company. I’d rather settle this with the office than have this sent to collections. After a bit of phone tag, I left a message after being told to contact with any more questions, and haven’t heard back. Now I’ll have this negative thing on my credit report for the next several years for a charge I was not told about. I understand things get lost, but what I’m most disappointed by is the lack of follow up or communication in moving out.

Went to see what they had available. The guy who helped was great and super friendly. I grew up here and it’s a great place to live. I highly recommend at least inquiring about anything you’re interested in
