As a current resident of this place I will tell anyone who tries to rent from here not too. The current apartments need updated, neighbors stealing packages, no one picks up after their dog, neighbors parks their vehicles in front of the door entrances, lack of safety and light, maintained rarely attend to matter, water cuts on and off at times. Neighbors constantly yelling and arguing. I can’t wait for my lease to be over with. With how high rent is at this property it should be a zero star if possible

I am writing this on behalf of someone that stay there. They did not want to do it so they had me do it. The issues that they had, roach infestation on the building adjacent. These roaches would enter their apartment via the window or the drains. At the time that they moved out the infestation had not exactly been under control but it was not as bad as it once was. A non upgraded one bedroom apartment at the time that they have moved out was $889. That is ridiculous for the type of apartment that it was. Constant issue of a couple of neighbors not cleaning up after their pets or having their pets on leashes. Constant issue with neighbors arguing fighting physically fighting throwing things in the whole throwing things down the stairs yelling in front of their kids. This happened weekly. Constant issue with neighbors or neighbors friends being drunk abusing their significant others, there have been fights where people's car windows were smashed, cops were called, people were physically fighting and thrown onto the ground, people were threatening to come and shoot other people. This also happened weekly. Water would often get cut off without notice. This tenant never really had any major issues so maintenance was never called, however not sure about the maintenance response time but the majority of the people on maintenance were elderly. It was often trash in many places people would not put their trash in the dumpster or the dumpster would overflow significantly this attracted many bugs and a couple of times rats. When a tree was struck by lightning and fell the next day hitting someone's car it took them a month before they even cleaned up the tree. A few months later another tree fell and landed in the sewer drain it took them a couple months before they even came to fix that and my friend thinks that the only reason why they fixed it in the first place was because a big storm had came through and the parking lot flooded. All the lighting is in the front of the building no lighting in the back of the building there are doors in the front and back of the building however these are security doors, if you can call them that. But they were not that secure. The doors rarely locked, one or maybe more of the doors would not close all the way because it literally will fall off it's hinges, one small window next to a security door was kicked in by a drunk woman. My friend has pictures because this was their apartment area and the person did cut themselves it took two days for them to clean that up not much blood but the glass was everywhere. And people just walked over the glass. And of course no one saw what happened, because even though they said that they have security cameras they may have them and don't check them or they don't have them and they're just fakes. All in all if you keep to yourself you could be fine, however do not park under any of the trees, and do not park along the fence line because people do like to fly through the parking lot late at night drunk and will hit your car and nothing will get done about it. Their opinion of the office staff is not great. The main property management, their employees do not tend to be the nicest when talking to them. They seem to be a bit annoyed by the fact that you called them for whatever reason. Sometimes they are nice it depends on who you get, but the manager is the one who usually seems most annoyed. Especially if you are an older person. All in all this is not a horrible place to live, but for what they charge for rent you can find something much better.

Terrible place to rent from! Oversight and maintenance is virtually non-existent. There are residents with broken doors, inoperable air conditioning units and some minor plumbing issues. Management takes their money, but is slow to order maintenance on these issues. Also, there's a huge tree that fell on a residents vehicle that has been laying in the parking lot for three weeks! There are residents with dogs and there is dog mess in the grass outside the buildings, which attracts rodents. The management doesn't crack down on loitering and residents who sit in front of entrances drinking liquor and being loud and boisterous. There was a door with busted out glass that hadn't been repaired for quite a while. The entrance way doors are propped open with rocks and sticks. There is no cameras on site for people whose vehicles have been broken into and vandalized. Take your time choose elsewhere.
