Chelsea Place Apartment Homes

I'm not saying it's a bad place to live I'm saying it's a really good place to live sometimes management forgets that we're all human but also you get what you give these people probably put up with a crazy attitude problem!! We are all going through something!! I've thoroughly enjoyed my year living here and I just signed another lease! I love it here I will probably never move!! I'd like to eventually get a townhome they're beautiful!! But for now I'm extremely happy with this apartment complex and the staff is very friendly!! Maybe instead of judging by the negative nasty comments you come in and explore set up an appointment and they ladies in the office are friendly and helpful!! But again if you have a problem then that's on you because I've never had a problem if we all treat people as individuals and humans then the world would be a much nicer place to live!! That's why I call Chelsea place apartments home!! But you should see for yourself!!

I’m in the market for a new apartment. Came to check out the place and swim with a friend of mine and our boys. She had put together a little pool party for the kids. Within 30 minutes of us arriving, a woman with blonde hair came out to the pool area and scolded my friend. She told her that “Everyone at the pool complained about the children.” And then told her she was going to charge her with a fine for the party. Mind you, everyone else at the pool was fine. They were enjoying cocktails, grilling and having a good time. Pools are meant to be fun. It would be ignorant to show up at a pool and expect absolute silence and no children. I took it upon myself to ask the other pool goers if we were bothering them and told them that wasn't our intentions if we did. Quite literally the 10 other people out there all said “We never complained. We’re happy the kids are out here having fun and not playing video games!” So this woman not only blatantly lied to us and made up a whole scenario. But she also kept/tried to prohibit one of the other boys who was invited inside the club house telling him he wasn’t welcome to join his friends. These kids are EIGHT! Singled this little boy out and made him feel bad about a situation that he has no business worrying about. Like I said, the kids are eight. Needless to say, that was such a bad experience, I’ll be looking elsewhere to move into with my son. Probably one of the most miserable women I’ve ever encountered. Why would I spend my hard earned money at a complex that treats their residents with blatant disrespect and rudeness??

Do not advise renting here if you expect timely maintenance and service for emergency repairs. Normal SLA is 1 hour. Calls at 3am, 5am, 11am and 12pm continue to go unanswered. On call technician is not onsite, has car trouble and the property manager is unable to reach anyone else to address the issue in a timely manner. This is the 2nd emergency maintenance issue for this same apartment in the last 6 months.

Crazy layout, but nice. Did a marketplace pickup here and Google has some of the addresses jacked.

Great job clearing sidewalks, parking lots, the news has been talking about the weather all week FLASH FREEZE you can't even walk, and the salt is not going to work now, UNBELIEVABLE. Update. Manger of this complex should not black out the pictures. Come on now why would any ex residents put up fake photos . BE HONEST yezzz
