I lived at Campus Courts during my last semester at Miami and I couldn’t recommend them more. The apartments are beautiful, well maintained, and are perfectly located. I only had one maintenance issue and it was handled swiftly by their team. They were also very accommodating when I needed a slight move-out extension due to my graduation date. I have lived in two other apartment complexes in Oxford and South Campus Quarter was by far my favorite.

I lived at South Campus Quarter for two years and I couldn't recommend it more highly. Compared to other housing options in Oxford, these units are on the higher end of the price range, but the cost is completely justified. To start, the quality of the houses is excellent. These are newer duplexes that are very spacious, with up-to-date cabinets and appliances. We had floor plan A, which meant every person had an equal amount of room space, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom shared between just two people. The layout was fair and functional, and it made day-to-day living comfortable. The other floor plans differ a bit in how the rooms are arranged, but they each have their own merits and are laid out fairly. In terms of location, you're right next to the rec, which was really nice, and the walk to Benton only took about 15 minutes. Getting to cut through campus made it easy to feel connected to everything. Parking was great too, with two spaces in the driveway and two on the street, so everyone in the house could bring their cars without any hassle. The maintenance staff was amazing, especially Holly and Scott. All of our repairs were done in house at no extra cost and within a reasonable amount of time. They were always super friendly, and they answered any questions or issues we had almost immediately. That kind of responsiveness made a huge difference over two years. Move-in and move-out were both seamless, with helpful checklists and consistent email reminders that kept everything organized. The space was perfect for hosting parties and friends, as well as for ordinary daily life. Noise was never an issue either. Only very faint, low-frequency sounds came through the walls, and even then you could only catch them in the living room. Every single person we showed the house to was first in awe of how nice it was, and then immediately curious about the cost and availability of units. I recommended this place to everyone I talked to. Having to furnish the bedrooms and most of the living room seemed like a hassle at first, but it turned out to be a positive. We would need to buy furniture later in life anyway, and it gave us far more freedom in how our rooms looked. If I could do it all over again, I absolutely would. I'll never forget the memories made at 129 E Rose Ave.

My son just graduated from Miami Oxford and has been living at a campus quarter apt for 2 1/2 years. We have been extremely pleased with their services and the apts. When a few minor problems arose over these last years, they had someone there fixing it within 24 hours. You just cannot get service like that in a small college town at all apt complexes. Highly recommend!

My roommates and I lived at campus commons for 2 years. Absolutely loved it. Very new and updated. Amazing location, right by the rec and a 1 minute walk from the east edge of campus. About a 5-7 minute walk from uptown. You get your own room and share a bathroom with one person but the bathrooms are very spacious so it was never a problem sharing! Most importantly, maintenance requests are fixed SO QUICKLY and the staff is super helpful and kind. Only complaint is that the washer is a little small but that’s not a make or break. I know it’s more expensive to live here than some other places but honestly it’s worth the money for the location and high quality living space. Highly recommend!!
