I lived here for 3 years while attending Miami. I have nothing but good things to say! Amy, the Property Manager, was amazing to work with. Mike, in Maintenance, was already on top of everything when something needed repaired. My rent was reasonably priced and such a cute apartment. If you’re in need a great place to live with good amenities and great people - Adam’s House is the way to go!! I will definitely miss my apartment.

This is my third year living at Adam’s House in Oxford, Ohio. The staff is incredibly sweet, friendly, and always willing to help, which makes the place feel very welcoming. Maintaince is quick to respond to rectify the issues. The room is cute, well-designed, and has plenty of space for everything I need. The kitchen, walk in closet, and bathroom are separate from the room so it gives you the feeling of living in 1 bed apartment!! Affordable rent with great location (rec center is just in front!) closer to bus stops and campus. Definitely a must have apartment! Bonus- cute covered outer area in the back to sit and chill with your friends and family.

Conveniently located about a block from Miami's Campus and pretty affordable for the area. Has water, internet, and heat included in the rent. The apartment was clean when I moved in and has nice wood floors. Maintenance requests were always completed the same or next day and landlord is very responsive. For a small apartment you get a surprisingly large amount of closet space. Off street parking. Perfect for grad students, seniors, and anyone else who wants to live alone.
