Very nice apartment, it’s quiet and secured, neighbors are all nice and laid back. Property managers are 10/10. I love that I also live near everything! It’s perfect!

This was my first apartment and I had a great experience here. Every holiday and on my birthday they left a card at my door (same with everyone I’m assuming). Management was amazing and it was easy to talk to them and get things fixed. Everyone in my building was friendly and the unit was perfect when I moved in. I’m so grateful to have had such a good experience for my first apartment and I would live here again if the opportunity came up. Truly can’t express how much I loved Shakertown and how much I appreciated the management.

Lived here for a year. Dishwasher was broken the entire time despite asking it to be replaced multiple times (apparently they had ordered one but it for sure never made its way into my apartment), had two live snakes make their way into my apartment and nobody came to handle that, and despite making two payments on time to what I apparently owed them after I moved out (despite them originally lying about the amount and taking $400 in pet fees plus a monthly pet rent, they claimed I still owed them money to replace the old carpet), they sent the amount to collections. When asked why, they simply said they send owed amounts to collections at random. There’s nicer and more up to date apartments in the area that are more worth it.

Wouldn't recommend this place. The owners have know clue what's happening around them real estate wise. Lived here for 7 years and I'm glad to get out. Go with DeVille in the area.
