I only lived there for one short year, but found Carie, Karen and their groundskeeper to be extremely kind and thoughtful. P.S. If you wondering who was keeping @Arbys open, it’s their groundskeeper. 🤣🤣

Just finished a year lease with them and I loved my time here! Leasing office staff is very kind and personable, and the maintenance staff is very kind and helpful as well. They’re very quick with maintenance requests and they don’t half-ass anything! Jeff is a great dude and isn’t afraid to find outside help if he can’t fix a problem fully by himself. Overall had a super great experience here and wish I could have continued my lease! Pros: -wonderful maintenance and office staff -beautiful views facing the woods -kind neighbors -pool and landscaping were kept immaculate -got our whole security deposit back -little critters from the woods could be seen in the parking lot! Regularly saw deer and bunnies :) -ac and heat worked wonderfully, however the air return is very loud and some of the windows were drafty. Easy fix with some insulation tape to fix the drafts though. Cons: -stink bugs!** (see end) -sound travels through vents into units above/below -only one entrance to the complex, and it’s in a difficult spot on Kent Rd. Very often would be stuck for a few minutes trying to turn left out of the parking lot. -no overhead lighting in living room or bedrooms -Amazon/doordash/uber drivers occasionally had problems understanding what part of the complex our unit was in (despite very obvious signage) **Our unit was right next to the woods so we had the typical problems that come with that (ie random bugs sneaking in occasionally, and moisture accumulation) but the STINKBUGS were the worst thing!! Got to the point where I was finding at least 3-5 per day. Not sure if it was just our unit or a problem through the whole building.

Wonderful place to live. Park like setting. All star staff that treat you like family. We enjoyed our five years living here. Thank you!
