They never clean things: the halls, the pool. They leave things to get maintenance all the time. If you need new appliances they never get it for you, maybe used. If they do the change at all. I asked for a light change in the hall and they didn’t do it and trash in my house. The office never answer phone calls or emails

It was the first place I visited on my apartment hunt for my relocation from Houston ,TX to Kent, Ohio. I was pleasantly surprised to find almost exactly everything that I was looking for. First floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and very well maintained. It was in my desired location close to family. The spacious kitchen really impressed me. I applied for it that same morning.

Two way switch still not working properly. Like the new faucet. I thought the old caulk would be removed around the toilet. I was just caulked over.

They never finish anything. Smeared silicone on windows. The blinds not replaced.the bird’s nest still there
