The quality of the design and construction at Belle Oaks is second to none. The apartment homes will have finishes that are unmatched in Cleveland. And the site will include some really awesome amenities for its residents, such as access to a private club, shops, restaurants, resort style pool and the ability to rent a heated attached garage space.

I recently toured Belle Oaks Marketplace and came away really impressed. The community is beautiful, the apartments are thoughtfully designed, and it’s clear there’s a lot of attention to detail throughout the property. Melissa was fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel pressured. She explained the floor plans, amenities, and leasing process clearly, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. If you’re looking for a new apartment in the Cleveland area, I’d definitely recommend adding Belle Oaks Marketplace to your list. It’s shaping up to be an incredible community.
