Avoid this place at all costs. Infested in cockroaches, rats, flies, bedbugs, and termites. As soon as you say something, the property manager will try to say it’s your fault and he will charge you. He talks very politely and respectfully to get you in a false sense of security then when you sign the lease it immediately changes 180 degrees. It becomes “I’m gonna charge you for this and this and this.” They have 1 maintenance man who tries to do everything he can but 1 man can only do so much. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Trust me, take the time to keep looking. Don’t let the cheaper rent price fool you. Look elsewhere.

Infested with roaches!! When we viewed the apartment, we were not told about the pest issue and we repeatedly said something about it to maintenance and we eventually went to the property manager, Philip about our Concerns stating that we wanted to move to a different unit that didn’t have this issue to which he stated that we would not be allowed to break our lease and that he couldn’t do anything about the roaches because we didn’t come to him first. On top of the horrible infestation, we also had to put in five maintenance request before we were allowed to get a new AC unit The unit that came with our apartment, repeatedly leaked and flooded our apartment on numerous occasions Only on the fifth time where we granted a new AC unit. This is the worst possible apartment Complex I have ever seen it is not taken care of and is in deplorable condition why the entire complex hasn’t been shut down and condemned is beyond me.
