In my experience, Timber Ridge Riverside has been a challenging place to live. Cleanliness in common areas such as hallways and laundry facilities could also be improved, and there have occasionally been unpleasant odors. Additionally, there have been issues with water flow and flooding affecting first-floor apartments. For anyone considering a first-floor unit, it may be wise to have insurance for personal belongings. Unfortunately, it has felt at times that management is not fully responsive to tenants affected by such incidents or the resulting losses
