Lived there for 4 years, roof leaked and caused BLACK MOLD in my closets reported it to management they didn't do anything, water poured into my bedroom from a crack in the ceiling, crack never got fixed, water POURED down the bedroom walls and into a wall socket ceiling falling in and more. Had a huge problem with bedbugs multiple times because of some nasty person below me, was walking my service dog taking the trash out and a neighbor came SPEEDING around a corner and HIT my dog and kept going. Had so many issues that I reported multiple times and they refused to actually fix it, went as far as doing an escrow until stuff got fixed they evicted me illegally because I wanted stuff in my apartment fixed and livable I had a child living in the home!

Danielle is an exceptional manager. She explained everything in a simple manner while keeping the tone light-hearted. I dare I'd give her the moon if she asked for it. Lorenzo immediately addressed me as we first met and reassured me that any problems with the apartment can be fixed by him. I have confidence in the maintenance at Wynds.
