Great potential, still in its construction phase. But I'm sure it will be a great place. Can't wait to see the finished product. I wish the elevators were bigger or atleast have one large elevator for moving in.

Wish I could give 0 stars. We attended the Downtown Housing Tour, and this was by far the worst stop of every apartment we visited Today. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. There was no one available to greet us, and unfortunately the hospitality only declined once someone finally acknowledged us. When we entered the model unit, there was a cart overflowing with junk and dirty-looking cleaning supplies sitting out in plain view. Not exactly the welcoming first impression you would expect from a luxury apartment community. During the tour, the leasing agent barely acknowledged us. She spent most of her time talking to everyone else and hardly interacted with us at all. Then she acted as if she was going back to the first floor to collect another tour group, put us on the elevator, and said she was going to hang back. We were pretty much pushed out. It was very clear that we were being looked down upon. BIG mistake. We currently rent four two-bedroom apartments downtown with one of their biggest competitors. Our combined rent is well over $7,000 per month, and we are very happy staying exactly where we are. We were genuinely considering The Denuea and had Jessica not been so rude and dismissive, it's very possible she would have secured four substantial leases. Needless to say, we will not be continuing our inquiry in any way. And yes, the building felt like a ghost town during our visit. Now I can see why. Good luck, Windsor.

I really enjoy living in the Deneau, it’s an ideal location for young singles in the city. Rebecca and maintenance staff are super responsive and friendly. Only gave 4 stars because you can’t choose your neighbors. That said, the walls can be thin for older neighbors who then complain about sound at reasonable hours, and people allowing their dogs to poop in the parking garage.

Living in the Deneau has been one of the best experiences I’ve had from apartment living. My previous move had been from the other side of the Oregon District in apartments named The View At Dayton Towers. It has been a night & day difference since moving into the Deneau. It is a quiet building as tenets are very respectful of one another. There is a huge attached parking garage, with plentiful spaces, so you can rest assured that your car is safe & covered. The Butterfly system app allows access to the building so you can let guests & delivery drivers in remotely. There is a beautiful, spacious gym that has all the equipment needed to get in a great workout including a smith machine, cable machines, row machines, etc. Not to mention the building is very eco-friendly & that leads to having a very minimal monthly utility bill. Overall, I highly recommend the Deneau for apartment living. It’s in a great location at the heart of downtown Dayton & the building is very well maintained. Shoutout to the cleaning crew because they work very hard & are very successful in keeping this building spotless.
