Monument

Apartments are nice...its the building and facilities that have become dirty,'uncomfortable '...hallways smelly and stained, elevator and entry debrit and spills that take days to clean, broken equipment like elevator security that takes weeks, groups of people, loitering outside the door and in the lobby, weed smell often...and they decided not to have anyonen in the office!!! Sadlt, it will only get worse.

This place has been a pain. I’m only leaving a review because it seems my voicemail has gone unanswered. The first 3days I moved in I had no a/c and it was hot days. A week later my hot water wouldn’t stop running in my bathroom sink, so it had to be shut off for days. Then a week after that my ceiling was leaking and soaked the side of my couch. It was said to be fixed but leaked again yellow liquid this week. Then my light popped out.lol I honestly have never experienced so much mess from a place that’s only a few years old. But hopefully this review will help them do better and at least acknowledge a tenant that has dealt with so much in 1.5months of living here. The maintenance man is great and really nice! He does his best with this badly built property.

The leasing experience was very smooth. Each apartment has a nice view and a washer dryer instead of just a hook up, which is pretty great.

Have had a great experience living in this building. Great location and floor plans.

10/10 would recommend living at the monument! The staff makes you feel a part of a big family, and the community presence is strong with all of the events hosted by the water street district. I enjoy the downtown scenery with the Dragons stadium and multiple bars and restaurants within walking distance. The workout room and the community outdoor area are 2 of my most favorite things about the monument. Gated parking and key fob entries to all doors and elevators gives you a good sense of safety with living downtown!
