When I moved to Executive House in 2020, everything was great. The landlord was awesome, and she and her husband – who worked for maintenance – lived on the same building in the 8th floor. When there were issues, I didn't have to worry about anything. But when management changed and rent got more expensive, that's when everything went downhill. I had to move out in August 2025 because my apartment was infested with roaches, and nobody did anything about it because maintenance was "short-staffed". If you know what's good for you, please do NOT move into Executive House.
