This apartment complex generally offers a great living experience with a convenient location close to shopping, dining, and parks, alongside a responsive maintenance team and friendly staff. Many residents appreciate the pet-friendly atmosphere, spacious units, and quiet environment. However, some common concerns include occasional parking difficulties, a single trash compactor for the entire complex, and in some cases, challenges with pest control and communication regarding lease agreements and move-out charges.

This is what the trash looks like every week because they have ONE dumpster for the whole apartment complex! Disgusting! For the price you pay here it’s not really worth it.

Paige is awesome. The way she is knowledgeable and so in tune with the residents and what would make them comfortable is the reason why I want to live in the community. Thank you Paige.

Honestly, I'll say there's no perfect apartment but so far, Emerald Lakes has been the best in my opinion. I've lived here with family since November 2024 and we so far have loved this place. From having maintenance issues fixed real quicky and even have appliances such as microwave and refrigerator changed and given a new one almost in less than a week after putting in the maintenance request. I honestly appreciate their maintenance crew especially Mike. He does go above and beyond to handle all maintenance tickets. Will definitely recommend this apartment to anyone not only for the quick maintenance but generally every service given here is definitely great. Great location, greater neighbors and neighborhood and greatest proximity to several hotspots in Beavercreek.
