I absolutely love living at Brinley Place Apartments! We have been here for almost 10 years and I truly feel like I’m part of a wonderful community. Qualise, the apartment manager, is absolutely amazing and always goes above and beyond. Wanda in the office is absolutely wonderful—she’s upbeat, uplifting, friendly, and very knowledgeable.The maintenance staff, Richard and Phil, are always on point and quick to take care of anything that needs attention. We are so grateful to live in a community where the staff genuinely cares about the residents. Everyone makes Brinley Place feel like home, and I couldn’t be happier to call this place my home! ❤️

I’ve lived at Brinley for a couple years now and I have been consistently impressed with this place. The apartments are nice and quiet, the community events are a great perk, and the staff are always friendly and professional. Qualise in the front office is always incredibly helpful, and the maintenance supervisor Richard is fantastic and really goes above and beyond for the tenants. 11/10!
