Yardley Apartments

Since the evening of August 11th an alarm system has been constantly going off at the Yardley Apartments. It creates a huge noise disturbances to all its neighbors and I can imagine being actually in the building is unbearable. I cannot imagine the tenants have not reported this concern to management which shows a lack of urgency and consideration for those that pay them money to live in their building and for their neighbors. Shame on you Yardley Apartments. As a renter and active community member in Columbus I will ensure everyone in my groups knows to avoid your complex

I’m a new tenant at Yardley. I moved in the last weekend of June and it’s currently the last month of July. Within this month I walked in to my electric completely turned off (loss all my food with no compensation), my ac/heating unit isn’t working and I have a pet (on almost a 90 degree day), as of 7/28/2026 I walked in to water all over the kitchen floor pouring from the dishwasher with sink over flowing with dirty water. I am beyond irritated. This has been a complete nightmare and I still have 17 months left on my lease. I have no pictures and the video I have can’t be uploaded. This is bogus. Paying $1400 for what? They never want to help, garage has even broke since I been here and I was stuck in the garage for the evening.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible team at the Yardley apartment. A huge thank you to the maintenance man Mr. Vernon for always handling the repairs so quickly and professionally no job is ever too big or too small. I wanna also send my deepest appreciation to your leasing office staff Hanan Hamzie & Justina Baker they are absolutely lifesavers who make every interaction, welcoming, stress-free, and efficient - which is rare to find in a property. This management team is the best! Thank you for making this such a wonderful place to call home.

I’ve lived here for a year now, and honestly have no complaints. I’ve lived in four apartments and this is by far the nicest one. Management is very quick to respond and helpful. One of my favorite things about this complex is the security, and the feeling of being safe, and not have to worry about my packages being stolen. I work at a hospital downtown and I am able to walk to work every single day. Absolutely love this location and the actual design and feel of my apartment (I’m in the ‘Elliot’ layout). I don’t have a dog, but if you do, there’s a park nearby. If you’re looking for a place to stay really close to downtown without having to be constantly stuck in the traffic and easily access highways, this literally could not be more perfectly placed. If you’re wondering about walkable restaurants; my fave restaurant of all time Osteria is just a 5 minute walk and there’s more awesome hangout places even closer than that.

Ari has been absolutely amazing! Super responsive, and always handles things very professionally.
