Best views of any apartment complex in Columbus, and being right next to the Metro Park is a huge bonus! The apartments are great & the property is always kept up. Milena has been amazing to work with and actually follows through if you need something..which is rare in property management. You can tell she cares about the residents and hopefully Thrive Communities knows what an asset she is. Highly recommend Quarry Trails if you're looking for an apt in Columbus.

Lived here for two and a half years. Taniesha is in her fourth office from that timespan. She and the staff are very helpful and easy to work with. This place is really nice if you can afford it. Quiet area, nice views, nice apartments. Rent got really expensive when they finished most of the construction. Traffic in the area stinks at rush hour. “Once construction is done it should be better” (I lived here 28 months and construction never ended)

I have just moved into The Quarry, South Bank West. The leasing team has been so helpful and accommodating. Taniesha, Milena, and Finn have been my primary point of contacts. They all have responded to every concern that I have had! I would highly recommend this organization if you are looking into living in the Columbus area. It is located northwest of the downtown area but inside the 270 loop. It is affiliated with the Metro Parks and the trails and activities that you can do onsite are amazing. I also had a few maintenance issue and Halon, one of the team members came over and fixed the issue and then cleaned up after himself. I have been very impressed with the whole organization. Look, I can deal with the door locks only working half the time, i can deal with my bike being stolen from the "Secure and Monitored Bike room", I can deal with the shoddy craftsmanship of my apartment ($2,500/mo), I can deal with my vehicles being broken into, but these greedy clowns want to start charging us $150 a month just to park in their empty parking lot like it's some popular downtown tourist area and i can't deal with them anymore. It's not the money 1. They sprung it on us 2. The parking lot is about %50 full any given day 3. it's not like it's covered or protected it's just a regular ol' apartment parking lot. 4. it's just because they want more money and they know no one has any option but to pay them. lastly, I have video evidence of my other claims and i have never complained about a landlord like this. If any prospective renters made it this far may i suggest one of the many other nearby apartments, don't get over hyped about the location the park is amazing and there's other nearby places to rent from that don't charge an arm and a leg. Never again Thrive never again. Edit: Thanks for the generic response! That really let's us know you care! :) We already talked before I wrote this review. first about the "secure and monitored bike room" and my 2 bikes being stolen, then about the door locks not working, then about the wifi gateway not working (blamed AT&T but it turned out wasn't AT&T) and last time was about the parking. The response has been the same every time, something like "Sorry, anyway rents due first of the month"

Isaiah and Mackenzie have been incredible from the moment we began interacting with them, even prior to move in! Isaiah was prompt and friendly during our virtual tour of our apartment before moving from out of state, and they have both made living here a breeze! Requests for maintenance and general questions have always been prompt, and answered with ease. Thrive chose correctly when they hired Mackenzie as the property manager and Isaiah as a leasing agent here! Yes, the property is under construction currently. However, the construction workers have been incredibly friendly, and respectful of the residents living here. The property is beautiful, the apartments are homey and laid out well to utilize the smaller square footage, they're quieter than any apartment I've lived in before, and we have honestly had no complaints. Being able to walk the multitude of trails throughout the metro park each day has been one of our favorite parts, and we are incredibly happy we chose Quarry Trails to call home. It's beautiful and the people are even better! I am so happy we signed a lease here. If you're considering it, DO it. You won't regret it at all!
