My sister just moved into this apartment and was NOT made aware of the parking situation, which I can see after seeing other reviews is a common theme. As a result my mother’s car was towed which led to another $200 charge on top of the $100 charge it is to park in the parking garage across the street from the actual apartment building. Because to actually park at the building it’s is an additional $50. TO PARK! The spaces are also left unprotected despite them costing an arm and a leg. They are being broken into constantly. Shattered car windows everything. If you don’t want to pay, you have to park on North Fourth Street, a seven minute walk away from the building. A reasonable and respectable management company would include parking INTO THE RENT. It’s obvious this property and management company is in the business of scamming their residents and their visitors. Please consider an apartment complex that actually respects and values you unlike this one.
