While the apartments offer spacious layouts and a convenient location near amenities, the overall resident experience appears mixed. Many residents appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, especially during the initial leasing and move-in process, and some report quick responses to maintenance requests. However, recurring themes include concerns about high utility bills due to specific providers, inconsistent maintenance quality with some issues remaining unresolved, and dissatisfaction with management communication regarding various charges and policies.

As someone who has lived here for 3 years. I will tell you the leasing office will act as if you don’t exist once you sign the lease, they haven’t answered a call or email in 3 months. I had to put in a maintenance request 5 times before somebody came and fixed it. The dude that fixed it told me the parent company sent him bc the community wasn’t doing it. This rating is really a reflection of the leasing office and how little they actually do. Pretty sure they sitting n there feet up just collecting a check.

Lived here for 6 years and always paid rent on time. After a family situation led to us moving out, we were charged over $1,000 in move-out fees. This included charges for a kitchen counter ($550) and backsplash ($120) we had reported in writing back in March and April... months before we moved out.. asking for them to be fixed. They were never repaired, yet we were still charged as if the damage was new. The counter is a basic laminate top over wood, and the issue was tied to a sink leak we'd also reported. We were also charged $150 for "extra cleaning" in the bathroom with no explanation, and $75 for a plastic blind replacement, but the office's own posted pricing states blind replacement is $40. We've reached out multiple times by email and phone trying to get this resolved, and have not received a single response or proposed solution. If someone would like to resolve this, please email us. We're not optimistic, but we remain open to it. If I don't reply back to update this review, take that as a sign the office never followed up.

2/2 Now that I no longer live there, I received a bill for $75 when I was given a document in the office that stated that replacement would be $40. I emailed back to ask a question regarding the cost difference. I sent the email the day that I received the bill. I had the intention to pay but wanted to know the reason for the difference. I called almost every day at different times and left a voicemail to get ahold of them. I never received a phone call back. I then checked the bill 30 days later and there was an additional $40 on the charge. I then contacted the property management group and received an inbox that no one answered and left a voicemail as well as my info online into the "Contact us" box. The next day I still did not receive an answer. My friend then filled out the contact me box and received a call back within hours. She gave me the phone number that called her and I called it and someone answered. I explained my situation and received no understanding or empathy. They did not really give an explanation for the nearly double cost of the replacement window blind besides "inflation". I explained that I could have bought a replacement for cheaper than even the $40 they said it would be so $75 seems overly priced. Especially when they were the ones providing a document with costs of the materials on it. I asked about the $40 and they said that my renters insurance was not active. They did not even have the accurate insurance on file... so to charge me $40 was insane. This was also done with no contact to me, they just tacked it onto the bill and hoped that I would not ask any questions. I asked why no one answered and was not given any answer. I was then told that I was about to be sent to collections and I told them that I had continuous proof of me trying to contact them and no answer so that likely would not go over well. I then mentioned that THEY did not call me either and it was only when my friend gave me the info that called her that I was able to get ahold of them. NO EXPLANATION. She then called my friend back and got an attitude with her about providing a false info request. I still have not received a callback from the apartment complex but I did receive an updated bill without the insurance charge. I could not recommend this complex or leasing property management less.
