I have been living at the Quinn for almost 5 yrs now and I absolutely love it here. All the staff members including Grace, Jacob, Luke, Richard are all so lovely, welcoming, and very helpful! Specifically the maintenance is always done on time (thanks Luke!) and thanks to Grace for handling my numerous queries and always helping me out. The property is well-maintained, the amenities are really nice too, and overall the place has very positive vibes so its nice to come back home to.

Office staff and maintenance are always friendly! Any maintenance issues I’ve had are always handled the same day! Great place to live!

I have nothing but great things to say about both the property and the amazing staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, respectful, and always ready to help. Jacob and Gina greet us with a smile every time we pass by, making the place feel even more like home. Richard and Luke have been lifesavers with any maintenance needs (quick, efficient, and kind). And the Saturday yoga classes with Corrinn are a highlight of the week—she’s fantastic. We truly feel lucky to live here.
