Recent management changes have notably improved the living experience, with many residents praising the responsive and professional maintenance staff, who are quick to address issues. However, some prospective tenants have encountered difficulties with communication and office availability when trying to schedule tours or inquire about applications. While the community offers great amenities, there have been occasional concerns regarding safety and the handling of package deliveries.

So maintenance can walk in and do pest control WHILE YOU ARE IN THE SHOWER. Like they couldn't wait for me to come out?!!!! You send text message alerts about the pool but couldn't for this? The ladder Day Saints are here every other week sometimes multiple times to bother everyone in the parking lot. There have been various incidences that have happened on this property regarding breaking, vehicle break ins, a stabbing. That is why management has changed several times within the past few years. Fights in the parking lot and illegal activity with car theft. I've seen kia boys getting arrested in the parking lot last year.

I want to give a special thank you to Francesca the property  manager for being so helpful, professional, and understanding throughout my time here. She  truly care about the residents and work hard to make sure everything runs smoothly. Any concerns or questions I had were always handled with kindness and respect, and that really made my experience even better. It’s nice to have a property manager who communicates well and genuinely wants the community to feel comfortable and welcoming
