Our experience ever since moving in to the Mill on Flax back in May this year has been nothing but amazing. Truly- this is a really wonderful apartment community and I love the different age range of residents and the way we all mold together in a kind and respectful way. It’s just a really nice environment. We have a toddler too, and it’s been a fun, family safe living space for us. We’re close to the park and we can walk downtown whenever we want. Special shoutout to the Leasing staff and Leon our Maintenance Man!! They are so kind, communicative, and helpful.

This community is so welcoming. The location is perfect with apartments being spacious, modern appliances and fixtures and I personally love the tall doors and windows with extra lighting throughout. I have lived here for quite awhile and have only needed maintenance a couple of times just recently. Leon, is so kind, respectful and responsive. I haven’t really ever needed much but Jenny, the property manager is amazing as is all of the staff.. they do customer service really really well. Everything about the Mill is the best.

So I would like to let everyone know how lucky we are to have such a wonderful maintenance guy here his name is Leon and he is a super friendly man who will do whatever he can to help the residence here I love talking to this man because he’s honest and sincere, and you can always see that he takes great pride in his work

I have really enjoyed my stay so far! The property is so well maintained and the staff have been so welcoming. Jenny was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the application process and went above and beyond to make sure my move in was seamless. I could not recommend Mill on Flax enough!!

Had a tour and the staff was very welcoming and inviting. They answered all of my questions throughly and respectfully- even the ones I thought were silly. Not to mention, it’s a gorgeous property.
