Extremely slow Process for the possibility of even getting an approval or denial its been over a week... The best part is no refunds for the $400 application fee or compensation for your wait...

I love the apartment, maintenance is top notch, very quick to respond. Customer service is good . The inside is classic. My little issue i have is that it does not have any internal storage like a pantry. But so far it has been a good experience. Just renew my lease.

Promptitude in completing work orders, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns defines the property management work ethics. Always professional and respectful! I'd have given a 10 star rating if it were possible. Shout out to the team and keep up the good work. I recommend The Cove at Cooper Lakes 💯!

My family member just renewed their lease and I could not love this place more! I met with the managers Robin and Lauren last year and they were efficient, personable and so accommodating. We have had little maintenance issues but the few we have had, they were there quick to respond. I also appreciate how quickly they drop salt well before the snow falls and keep the grounds maintained and beautiful throughout the year. Truly appreciate their team!
