DO NOT LIVE HERE. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. The property manager is completely unreachable and normally not even on site. I emailed the property manager multiple times, called and left voicemails for a call back, and even went to the office in person and never got any reply. The only time I got any reply was when I email the property management company. So if you have complaints, don't bother calling the office, just contact the management company and hope they care enough to reply. Maintenance will provide a "good enough" solution everytime you place a request. My unit has been leaking since I moved in. The basement floods every time there is a storm. They replaced the sump pump after a year of repeat maintenance orders and it never once stopped running, but the basement still flooded. The second floor had water leaking into it and nothing was ever done to fix it. Utilities are managed by a third party so you have no choice for rates and they are incredibly expensive. They will fine you for leaving up any decorations that aren't neutral or match the season. My winter electric bills added up to over $1200 for 3 month of usage for a two bedroom apartment set below 70 degree My unit has not been properly insulated and they refuse to do anything about it, so heating and cooling are extremely expensive (one month was OVER $600 for a 2 bedroom apartment).

Maintenance doesn't work, have to get inspections from 311 for them to do anything. Moved in a month ago, had leaks for a month, no ac for multiple days going on a week while it's been over 80 degrees every day, and they just look at the requests I guess. Multiple other residents don't have ac and leaks that they half fix so they always have something to run around to. Already talked to them multiple times in person and over the phone but nothings done. Don't let them sell you lol.

I recently had a Jason from maintenance in my unit to fix some issues and he was extremely professional, polite, and completed what was needed as well as a few other things not mentioned. UPDATE: Jason still has been one of my favorite Techs who work here. The office is lovely as well, Serenity is there and is always so happy and inviting. She makes sure I am taken care of which is important as I have lived here for 5 years now. These folks are for sure the greatest. Thanks.
