Many residents appreciate the convenient location, offering easy access to bus stops, markets, and restaurants, making it a good value for the price, especially for families. The apartments are often described as cozy, quiet, and a good place for beginners, with some positive mentions of responsive management and maintenance. However, there are consistent concerns regarding pest infestations, particularly roaches, and the condition of shared facilities like laundry rooms, which are frequently reported as old, dirty, or malfunctioning.

Great location with easy access to shopping, restaurants and major roads. It’s basically in the center of the city. The property is convenient and they are always doing preventative pest control treatment which is good without no cost.
