Alicia was absolutely wonderful to work with! She gave my client, his mom, and I a tour of the Normandy Apartments and she was engaging, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming from start to finish. She answered every question thoroughly, made us feel comfortable, and clearly knows the community inside and out. She’s the kind of person who makes the entire experience enjoyable. Normandy is lucky to have her on their team!

Alicia, our leasing agent, was such a pleasant person to be around. Her aura made the experience so welcoming. Her familiarity with residents truly showed her authenticity and care. The atmosphere we walked into definitely made my roommate and I feel like Normandy could be a potential home. I’d recommend living here based off how well taken care of you would be. 10/10!

I just moved into The Normandy last weekend, and I am super happy with my choice to live here. We toured with Alicia, and it was truly the best apartment tour experience I’ve ever had. She was really kind, positive, and made us feel at home. Since applying and moving in, I’m really happy with how communicative all of the staff are. As our move-in date approached, Alicia checked in with us multiple times to make sure we had everything set up correctly. On the day of our move-in, my partner’s key didn’t work, and Alicia replaced it within the hour. Someone was also parked in my parking spot, and they immediately addressed it and refunded me for having to park on the street. We’ve had two maintenance requests so far, both of which were fixed the day of. Today, I had a big piece of furniture delivered and wasn’t present to sign for it, so I called the leasing office, and Vee walked over to get it taken care of for me! The unit we chose is so nice, and I’m just so glad that we came across this place. It’s a bonus to be located across from Roosevelt Coffee and down the street from Slammers! I already feel so at home. :)

I had an issue with a different apartment in my lease, so I was last minute trying to find places that could accommodate me for a tour. I called the Normandy and informed them that I had only that same date available for a tour. If they had any availability, they promised to reach out to me, and they did. I spoke with Vee, and she was very accommodating and willing to get me in for a tour. That was a huge positive sign. Then, I went into the tour, and Alicia was an excellent tour leasing agent and showed us great options. She paid close attention to our preferences and provided us with the solutions and offerings we desired. She was incredibly friendly, and we ended up applying. We hope to make the Normandy our next place to live.
