This has been my favorite place to live. everything is well maintained and i’ve had nothing to complain about. the staff is friendly and fast to respond. the amenities are ideal, and location is perfect. i would recommend to anyone!

Management and maintenance don't take any issues seriously. Dealt with mice and now mold. The effort they showed for the first issue was comical. With the mold, the effort is even more laughable. It is impossible to get anyone to fix it. Maintenance cut a hole in the ceiling and left about 50% of the mold on the ceiling. Also, they threw the pieces in MY trash and left other pieces in the utility closet in the unit. You are better spending your money elsewhere, where the people actually care about your experience.

Living at Midpoint East has been an absolute pleasure! The building is beautifully maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and there’s a genuine sense of community here that’s hard to find. Management is responsive and truly cares about residents’ experience. I couldn’t be happier calling this place home — highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live!

The office staff is always so friendly and helpful, and maintenance is quick and reliable whenever anything comes up. They have a great customer care team! One of my favorite parts is being so close to Bada and The Little Grand, I especially love working from Bada, it’s such a great spot. It has great walking paths too, which is especially nice if you have a dog. Great workout space option and outdoor space! Grandview is a great walking community with so much to offer. Overall, it’s been a really great place to live. I highly recommend it!
