I’ve lived here for a little over a year now and it has been a great experience. The staff are nice, maintenance requests are quickly addressed and the community events are always fun! I’m usually weary of leaving a good review too quickly for an apartment but having stayed here for a while I feel I can confidently say that the Lofts at Norton Crossing is a really good place to live!

Lived here for a little while, for the quality and price it's not that bad. The residents in the area are a little sketchy.

I am impressed with the property and units. Will there be garages available for tenants? I like the location and love the units. Hope their is availability when I am ready to move.

I’ve been in these apartments for about over 3 years now. I can honestly say that if I could I would’ve leave. The the price you pay in rent and other expenses they should be better no? Every summer there is an Ant problem. They are LIVING IN THE WALLS. They eat through the wood during the hot seasons looking for food and water I’m assuming getting ready to hibernate I haven’t a clue. The pool is closed majority of the time because the money that they make from us goes elsewhere other then keeping up with maintenance on it. The neighbors never pick up there dogs poop. The trash cans are constantly over flowing outside. The walls in my kitchen area don’t even touch the floor leaving room for other nasty insects to get in. The floors weren’t properly laid in the bathroom before we moved in so we obviously have note of that. Another resident I become close with while being here was bit by a dog which the office never followed up with them about. There has also been an ongoing investigation following a death of a resident?!!! There’s constantly random and scary homeless people walking around at night time so if you work at night make sure your keeping an eye out because THEY DO NOT HAVE CAMERAS which also leaves room for other residents leaving scratches and dents in your car without any repercussion. For being a “Brand New” Apartment, it doesn’t really feel that way and we should do better. BUT you do get a free gift basket if you enter in there instagram if your lucky so that should make up for it 😂.
