Overpriced, apartment wasn't ready on movein, air conditioning was out for days in the middle of July, mold everywhere you look, moved out and came back a week later to get our stuff and there were spiders and centipedes everywhere, several bathroom leaks that were never addressed, and they wanted more money after move out with pictures taken before I was done cleaning and I was never sent the pictures. Find somewhere better.

Fantastic location right next to the OSU (West of Olentangy)! Walkable to campus, RPAC, libraries, and Lennox Town center nearby is incredibly convenient, making it the perfect spot for anyone looking to cut down on commute times to Target. The apartment itself is comfortable, well-lit, and provides a great balance of a lively campus atmosphere with enough peace to actually get work done. Highly recommend this apartment and a special shout-out to the amazing management staff who make the living experience a breeze with valet services via instant DMs.

I think a review a few years ago had to leave another, this complex is great for anyone in grad school, wanting a quiet and convenient area to live that still is close to OSU. It has the same amenities as other apartments such as a pool and fitness area with cardio machines and weights. Additionally the parking is off the main road and free. It’s minutes from Short North and Grandview areas along with other restaurants and stores. The staff is very kind and helpful. They care about residents and have resident giveaways and events at least monthly. I highly recommend staying here if moving to Columbus especially if you are going to be working on OSUs campus or going to OSU

I recently stopped by the office and got one of the adorable gift baskets they put together for residents. The property management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. One thing that really stands out is how often they organize fun community events that help residents interact and feel connected. It creates such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The staff is always approachable and works hard to make this a great place to live. I truly appreciate the effort they put into building a strong community here! Thomas, the property manager does an amazing job making residents feel heard and appreciated, and you can absolutely tell he truly cares about the community while always being kind, approachable, and attentive! The staff overall are incredibly welcoming, supportive, and always willing to help. Their positive attitude and genuine care for residents have truly made living here such a great experience.

The staff is amazing so is the area
