Upon entering the property manager Kevin he greeted me with a warm smile and kind words. Kevin was very knowledgeable and courteous. Kevin answered all my questions about the rental Kevin also worked with me to find the best rental that fit perfectly into our budget. The end result is we were approved for a rental and we move in to it next week yay! My experience so far has totally surpassed my expectations. I can wait to move into our beautiful new home ! Thank you Mr. Kevin for making this less stressful and an extremely comfortable process!

Great presentation. The places looked updated. The brick was well maintained. The Area is busy but inside it was relatively quiet. The design created a private feeling, while also being lit well by natural light. Brick insulation would make for a cheap electric bill. Even though I showed up last minute & never called, also got the wrong name for the complex I was looking for online, the presenter never made me feel rushed, uncomfortable or questioned my judgement. Educated me on the payment types and times for the area in a relatable method.

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with apartment management. The manager is practically nonexistent — it’s nearly impossible to get a response, even for small and simple maintenance issues that should be handled quickly. It honestly feels like there is no management at all. I’ve reported a minor issue multiple times, and nothing has been done. No follow-up, no communication, no accountability. It’s extremely disappointing, especially when you’re paying to live in a place that should at least meet basic standards. Also, I would take the positive reviews here with a grain of salt. They don’t reflect the real experience at all and seem very questionable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to move in. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
