Allison D. in particular is extremely helpful. The information they provided is extremely clear and they communicate in a timely manner. When I arrived to my apartment, I was marveled by the care they put into making my temporary stay feel like home. Extra linen, fresh towels, snacks provided upon arrival! I specifically worked with Claire to help me locate a furnished department in the Milwaukee area. Claire is fantastic. She was very attentive to what I needed and worked very hard to find a place in a nice location, with great amenities and in my price range. I can wholeheartedly recommend getting a furnished apartment through Home Street. My stay in Pittsburgh on a TV show has been made even better by their worry and stress free customer service, and top notch accommodation. Special kudos to Kristin who has gone out of her way to work with my changeable schedule and nuances. I will definitely use them again!
