Grant Commons

I have lived at Grant Commons for over a month now and there is not enough words to describe how happy and pleased I am here. The community is welcoming, the area is beautiful, the apartment itself is gorgeous and truly feels like home. Grant commons offers so much and the rent + utilities is so affordable, especially for a 2 bed apartment! Maintenance is always on top of things and responds so quickly. The management is so incredibly nice and understanding. My fiancé and I had been looking for months to find the right place for us but nothing fit until we came a cross Grant Commons. THIS felt like home! It is the perfect area and is close to everything; including The Ohio State (5 minutes) and Columbus State, which is also 5 minutes!! Downtown is only 10 minutes and everything that I enjoy is no longer 30-40 minutes away. I can't say enough about it. If you're trying to find the perfect fit for you, Grant commons is the way to go!!

Have lived with Grant Commons for over seven years, and I've been very happy with their attentiveness and ability to work with their residents. Shoutout to their leasing staff for making it easy to transfer units, and shoutout to their maintenance crew who are always very responsive and friendly.

I toured this property and was super impressed with the style, upkeep, and quality of the units. Hope to live there in the future!

After having a pretty unpleasant "first apartment experience" with a different leasing company, we moved to Grant Commons in July 2022. Our experience here could not be more different than out last place. Upon move in everything was clean as can be and the transition was easier than ever. Management has always been readily available and helpful when it comes to new parking passes or lost keys. Maintenance is always incredibly responsive and has gotten AC, garbage disposal, and water heater fixed within 24 hours of the request. We enjoyed our first year so much that we signed a 3 year lease to stay here. I could not recommend this place more.

I've lived at Grant Commons for over 3 years now and can't rave enough about my experience. The maintenance team is always incredibly quick to respond to any requests we have. The unit itself is great! The neighborhood is overall nice and our neighbors have always been so kind! Management has always been amazing and accomodating when we have questions. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to live close to downtown!
