The amount they want for rent for this place,in this neighborhood is ridiculous and the bullshit fees you guys try to add on and act like we need them and making us pay those fees because a few residents want to not trash the property,while the good tenants have to suffer is bullcrap,and you can never get ahold of corporate number and you guys hide behind only giving us the rental office number which sometimes rings and rings,and you can never get your problems resolved,and I have been a tenant here since these since you guys opened and my rent keeps going up and up and making so its impossible to live here,and I know people here are on Section 8 and they don't pay there full rent which bullcrap,and that is where you guys are making up for that money buy charging the tenants who pay there full amount of there rent extra fees to cover there rent which is bullcrap,I should not be paying almost $1000 for a one bedroom in the neighborhood,not to mention it takes forever for maintenance to fix anything around here,the hallways are always dirty,it always smells in the hallway,most of the time,the trash in the laundry room is over filling!! So if this keeps up and my rent increases you are going to lose loyal tenants!!!

It’s a beautiful place. Very nice and quiet and peaceful. The maintenance guy was very helpful. And very good service..
