Beautiful community! Loved everything about it. Scenery is beautiful as is the location and all the spaces in the home. It would be a privilege to live here!

I live in the Olentangy Reserve complex. Our water pressure dropped yesterday and now we have no running water whatsoever. My wife submitted an emergency work order this morning at 9:30. We received no communication from anyone until 11:15 once we stated that the water was completely off, and I informed the property manager that I had investigated some and that the problem was somewhere outside of the unit. The only response we received was that "This is a city issue and we have no control." We have not been informed of any outages in the area (part of management's responsibility if that is the issue.) I'm left to assume that this is only affecting our unit. I agree that it may be a city issue. However, this is also likely a supply pipe issue. Everything from the shutoff valve in is the home owners responsibility. (See attached picture) Seeing that Oakwood Management is the property owner it is 100% their responsibility to investigate this issue and coordinate with the utility company to resolve it. Being told that they have no control is both dismissive and deflecting responsibility, without knowledge of whom responsibility does fall on. Being told something false because the property manager doesn't want to deal with it, or to get the resident to shut up is highly unprofessional and exhibits no integrity from the management company as a whole.
