This is my experience good and bad and my overall opinion 1 The price is low and that's great 2 It's near a bunch of restaurants 3 There's a dispensary close by 4 there is a library near here 5 the area itself is great 6 maintenance is decent My experience with the apartment 1 no running water upon move in 2 no heat upon move in 3 roaches galore 4 broken door frames 5 leaks 6 bullet casings all through the parking lot 7 burned out units that people squat in Overall if I were you I wouldn't live here it's too late for me save yourselves if I could give this place zero stars I would
