AI Review Summary
Many students appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, with specific individuals often praised for making the move-in process smooth and providing excellent customer service. However, recurring issues like slow or absent maintenance for critical repairs, pest infestations, and unaddressed safety concerns such as package theft and car break-ins are frequently mentioned. There are also consistent complaints about inadequate snow removal and a lack of clear communication from management regarding these problems.

A car drove through one of these apartments ON A FRIDAY and the office said they couldn't give her her insurance info until MONDAY. She couldn't get a hotel or contact anyone to start the policy claim process bc, "the roof's not caving in, so..." The office holds the insurance info bc the policy is through the lease. They won't answer phones on the weekend and they clearly don't care if there's structural damage to the building in the way of the front wall being completely gone, you're on your own until Monday. Rent anywhere else.

I’ve been calling and calling for days to try and apply and have no response from anyone. I stopped there yesterday and made it there @1:20pm and no one was in office and it was closed. This is becoming a real big hassle at this point. Feels like they don’t even want renters.
