I would like to thank the maintenance technician for the excellent service provided. They were professional, respectful, and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. They took the time to explain the issue and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I truly appreciate the quality of the work and the positive attitude. Great job!

I would like to say the current maintenance guy Adam I believe is his name he’s unprofessional. He insisted that he come in and replace my filter while my underage daughter was home and that’s unacceptable. Something needs to be done about that. In which that wasn’t the day that he was scheduled to come in. The original date for the filter change was May 4th. He replaced the filter 2 weeks later and I wasn’t given a 24hr notice for that filter change. Also the grounds are never kept up like they used to be with the previous maintenance guys. It’s been trash in my breeze way for about a week.

The manager was very courteous. I had the wrong time scheduled and arrived 30 minutes early. She was very accommodating when I realized my mistake. She is working hard to keep up the integrity and appearance of the property, which is relatively new and previous management ran it into the ground. This is shaping up to be a community I would be proud to call home.

I believe this property is under new management now. Today I meet with Kelley she was very professional and knowledgable about the property. I spoke with her about some of the past reviews and she reported many of the issues mention in past reviews have been taken care of. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I plan to apply to move in soon. I will say I did have trouble reaching the office by phone before I went in but now that I see the number on the business card she gave me I had no trouble reaching the office when I used that number. The other number I used I think is a switch board service it may have been listed on zillow. But all in all I had a great experience chatting with her today and it seems they have really turned things around. I also feel like thier fees are pretty reasonable for move in. So far I would recommend this place!

Anthony from maintenance does outstanding work and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and skilled at what he does. every time I needed assistance he responds promptly and fixes it efficiently the right way. Anthony has a positive attitude with respect and goes above and beyond. I have always got high quality results. Having someone dependable and trustworthy has made my overall experience great. Anthony is a great and true asset to this apartment complex. Thank you!
