⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Maintenance Service & Communication! I am extremely pleased with my experience at Bel Air Court Apartments in Columbus, Ohio. When my air conditioning stopped working over the weekend, I reported the issue through the emergency maintenance line. I was very impressed when a technician (Mike) responded within approximately 30 minutes. Because it was a significant issue, the Mike went above and beyond by providing and installing a temporary window A/C unit so we could remain comfortable while waiting for the permanent repair. He also explained that he would contact the third-party HVAC team and that they would be on-site Tuesday. True to his word, the third-party HVAC technician arrived at my apartment around 9:00 AM Tuesday morning. He was courteous, professional, respectful, and extremely efficient. He treated my apartment with care, kept the work area clean, and completed the job exactly as promised. The entire A/C unit was replaced, resolving the issue completely. What impressed me most was the communication, response time, professionalism, and follow-through from everyone involved. From the emergency maintenance response to the temporary solution and the timely permanent repair, Bel Air Court Apartments demonstrated that they genuinely care about their residents. A huge thank you to the maintenance team and HVAC technicians for their outstanding service. I am very, very pleased with how everything was handled and couldn't have asked for a better response. 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm really happy with my experience here! The manager Mrs.Patsy was so kind helpful and patient with me through out the whole application process. She made everything so easy less stressful for me and was always there to help . The apartment is also really nice and quiet which I love ❤️ .I truly appreciate Mrs.patsy and all her team too ,definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live with helpful and caring management team. I'm very happy with my new home .
