Typical crappy apartment. Had issues with broken stuff, slow maintenance, roaches, car breaks ins, barking dogs and petty neighbors.

We’ve been here for about 6 years now and currently we couldn’t be happier. The maintenance guy Tim is fast and efficient with all request, he takes his time and make sure it’s done correctly and explains what happened. He’s extremely nice and social with all the residents. In the office Rashanda and Rita are so friendly and always work with you and help out any way they can. When we lost our dog about 6 months ago from old age Rita was so apologetic and you could just really tell that she cared and took the pet fee for him off almost immediately since he was no longer here. We love it here!

Sent a maintenance request about the fridge not being cold, next day maintenance came over and fixed it and explained what happened and how to prevent it from messing up again. Thank you Aberdeen Apartments
