We moved here nearly two years ago and it was the BEST decision to choose this community. The office and maintenance team truly are amazing in their attentiveness and genuine concern with any issue they are presented with. Doug is always accessible and gets it done the RIGHT way even though it's not the easiest way.

The property management company on this property coastal Ridge is difficult to work with. The maintenance department takes days to get issues resolved and always has excuses.

Stayed here for 1.5 years. Everyone was super nice and great. Josh at maintenance was super attentive and great with whatever needed to be fixed.

I had an issue with my air conditioner not keeping up with the thermostat, and my apartment was getting uncomfortably hot—to the point where I wouldn’t have been able to sleep. Josh from maintenance responded incredibly quickly and came out the very next day to take a look. Instead of leaving the issue unresolved overnight, he went above and beyond. He coordinated with an outside company to assess the problem, get a quote, and figure out the proper fix. In the meantime, he didn’t just leave me to deal with the heat—he personally brought in portable air conditioners and set one up in each of my bedrooms to make sure I could stay cool and get some rest. True to his word, Josh was back the next day, and the issue was fully resolved. My air conditioning is now working perfectly, and I really appreciate that there’s even a backup plan in place in case anything happens again. Josh’s dedication, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. If it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t have gotten any sleep, and the situation would have been much more stressful. I’m extremely grateful for his help and the level of care he showed. Five stars all the way—thank you, Josh!
