I’ve lived in 3 Cleveland apartments. Worthington Yards has been the best by far in every comparison. The management is wonderful. Tyese & Lu were extremely helpful moving in/ answering questions and also were amazing in assisting my subleasing my unit. Roy is also a fantastic head of maintenance. Fixed my A/C same day. The building is a great place to live and i would highly recommend to anyone.

Wonderful apartment! Stayed here for a year and had a great experience. Beautiful amenities, thoughtfully planned events, and a very attentive staff. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in living in downtown Cleveland

I’ve been a long-time resident here. Unfortunately, there has been a change in management recently. The new management is very unfriendly and difficult to talk to. As reported in the previous review they like to nickel and dime you. They refuse to honor the terms i agreed to with the previous two managers. The only thing that made this place special, in the past, was its management. Unfortunately, it is not the case anymore.

Avoid this place at all costs. There are much better options downtown and in Ohio City. I’ve been a long-time resident here. Honestly, it’s a fairly nice place and it really does have some great qualities. Unfortunately, there has been a change in management and this has resulted in far more problems for residents. All of those positive reviews below me are from when the previous manager was here, and I think they’re no longer accurate. The new management is happy to nickel and dime you over and over again while providing no help or solutions when you bring up concerns. Problems have included not protecting paid parking spaces for residents, not completing maintenance orders, and staff leaving. I recently moved within the building, and management refused to honor the terms I agreed to with the previous manager. They refused to even reach out to him which is just rude. They didn’t communicate with the cleaning staff on my move in date, so they were unable to clean the place before I moved in. All of these concerns are met with apologies and deflection of blame. They never admit mistakes or offer a solution, even when it is suggested. Please save yourself a headache (and from being nickeled and dimed) and look elsewhere.
