Hello everyone, the management team at Tremont has improved a lot since Mr. Johnson has taking over. Him and his team are very welcoming and the property looks much better. Thank you Mr. Johnson.

Since Jonathan Johnson took over, Tremont Pointe has gotten noticeably worse. Management is disorganized, communication is poor, and professionalism is lacking. Getting a straight answer is harder than it should be, and residents are often met with inconsistency instead of clarity. The property itself also feels neglected. Cleanliness and upkeep do not reflect a well-managed community, and the overall condition leaves a lot to be desired. For a place that expects rent on time, the standard of management and maintenance is unacceptable. At this point, the biggest issue is not just the property but the way it is being run. If you choose to live here, keep everything in writing and document everything.

DON’T DO IT! Now, the on the outside it looks decent. It is though in need of a power washing. The move is process was a complete DISASTER. Showed a dirty unit (I should’ve know then), had me move into a dirty unit that still has stained toilets and appliances even AFTER the cleaner came, and AFTER the leasing agent cleaned WHILE I was moving in. All the doors needed to be shaved at the top as everything was over painted and blocked the in home doors from closing properly. Shower did not work properly. I brought the attention to management and they sent the maintenance team over. (Mind you, I already fixed the shower myself by time they showed up. Once they got there - they told me they don’t have the parts to fix the shower. So they want to keep what I’ve done already because it is in fact working. So that was useless. What made me write this review was I just tried to wash my clothes for the first time and I swear, the close came out wet vs clean. Just wet dirty clothes. Mind you, the washer still smells like mildew even after maintenance came and bleached it down. Did I mention this is my 3rd week here. The hot water doesn’t get hot really. When it rained, my front door area turned into a pool. The parking is ridiculous. Walls paper thin. The kitchen floor seems to be sinking. The refrigerator had dead bugs in it when I moved in and it wasn’t even in the space it was supposed to be in. (Why did I move in? My money was paid by then) Signed paperwork 5 days after they said it was initially to be done due to managements poor planning and communication. Speaking of management - things were fine day one, DAY TWO and so on, worst communication I’ve ever encountered. I’m not sure what the criteria was to work here but I’m sure you had to have an attitude, be passive and dismissive. Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had ever!! I will not be renewing this lease and I’m pretty sure by the end of the summer, I would be given a reason to break this lease. If you’re looking to move here, just treat yourself to a better living situation. I’m not sure how the residents do it, but living here has completely altered my mood and solidified my reasoning for looking to relocate outside of the city. DON’T DO IT. You’ll regret it like the rest of us. Paying a grip and a half for subpar service/living.
