Residents often highlight the friendly and professional staff, especially the leasing office team, who are frequently praised for their responsiveness, helpfulness, and making the move-in process smooth. The community is generally seen as quiet, well-maintained, and in a convenient location with nearby amenities and good access to highways, with many appreciating the quick and efficient maintenance service. However, some past residents have reported issues with communication, unexpected fees, and a perception that rent increases don't always align with property improvements or unit quality.

The office is unresponsive and unprofessional. They lack the understanding of their own credit requirements and are unable to provide information in a professional manner. They also refused to give name when requested and just hang up. Bums

DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!!! HIGHLY OVER PRICED UNITS WITH BELOW AVG AMENITIES… THE POOL IS ONLY 5ft DEEP AND OPEN FOR 2 MONTHS… AND THE GYM IS A JOKE! RENT IS FAR TOO EXPENSIVE HERE… SEARCH OTHER OPTIONS BEFORE TRYING THIS PLACE!
