I lived at the Lincoln for close to two years and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Cleveland. The team at SCA is wonderful and they truly care about the tenants and the building. Maintenance requests were quickly addressed and communication by the management team was timely and thorough. They are transparent about everything from the costs you will pay (there are no "hidden fees" like so many other companies add) to the status of maintenance fixes and issues that arise. They offer opportunities for socializing and getting out into the community for events. They are really an exception to large corporate apartment ownership and would encourage anyone looking to consider any of their properties!

Lived there for a year in a studio and have nothing but positive things to say about this property and the management by SCA! Very great amenities with virtually no maintenance issues, with very fair pricing of their units. Highly recommend renting from these folks!

The Lincoln is an amazing place to live. We lived there TWICE, in a one bedroom and a studio, for 3 years. Everyone on the SCA team is super responsive to general communication and maintenance requests. This location is perfect; close to work (I worked at MetroHealth) and is in a central location making it easy to get to downtown, the east side, and west side quickly. The surrounding area is very walkable and we loved the ability to walk into Tremont and to the tow path. We had dogs and the fellow dog owners were very respectful in picking up after themselves. We will miss our days at the Lincoln!
